Support Worker – Care at Home.
Up to £15 per hour | Drivers with own car is essential.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting, while respecting dignity and choice.
- Help with preparing meals and drinks.
- Provide companionship and reassurance.
- Support medication in accordance with individual care plans, training and assessed competence.
- Assist with mobility using agreed techniques and equipment.
- Help with agreed light household tasks.
- Maintain accurate care records and report concerns or changes in wellbeing.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent, person-centred care.
What You Will Need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- The right to undertake this role in the UK without sponsorship from our organisation.
- A caring, respectful and dependable approach.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and follow care plans and procedures..
- The ability to travel between visits throughout Clackmannanshire.
