We are looking to recruit experienced Support Workers for permanent positions working within Forth Valley communities. If you have caring experience, we would like to hear from you.

The role will involve:

Supporting vulnerable adults within their homes and the community.
Providing personal care.
Assisting with housework.
Supporting with medication management.
Helping with day‑to‑day tasks and providing companionship.
Delivering the highest level of care and support.

Successful candidates will:

Have a current PVG membership or be willing to join the scheme.
Have SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) registration or be willing to register.
Have a can‑do, positive attitude.
Be able to work confidently both alone and as part of a wider team.
Be able to use your own initiative.
Have access to a car and hold a full driving license.

Due to the nature of the role, experience in care is preferred. You will need to hold an N/SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification.
